Buyer Quickstart: From Approval to First Reward
The five steps every Buyer completes between account approval and rewarding the first customer.
Once your company is approved, five steps stand between you and your first rewarded customer. This article gives the overview; each step links to a detailed article.
1. Request a Partnership
Open the Marketplace, pick a Seller, review its requirements and send a partnership request. The Seller reviews and approves it. See How the Marketplace Works.
2. Select and Activate Your Package
After approval, choose a package in your active partnership and pay the invoice. Your package activates automatically when payment is confirmed. See How Packages Work and Invoices, Payment and Activation.
3. Choose Your Integration
Decide how you will reward customers: API, CSV upload or the hosted Customer Portal. See Choosing Your Integration Path. Build and test in the sandbox first.
4. Prepare Your Promotion
Download the Seller's brand assets and guidelines from Active Partners → Partner Resources. Send all materials to qiibee for approval before publishing. See Marketing and Partner Resources.
5. Go Live
Switch to production keys, run a small test transaction, confirm your balance covers your launch volume and start rewarding. Monitor results in Analytics.
