How Packages Work

What a package is, how you choose one and how it relates to your balance.

Every active partnership on PEI runs on a package. The package is your prepaid commitment for one Seller and defines the price you pay per point and the volume included.

This article explains:

  • What a package defines
  • Where you see your options
  • How activation works
  • How packages relate to your balance

1. What a Package Defines

  • Your price per point (or mile) for this Seller
  • The volume of loyalty currency included
  • The billing cadence, typically annual

Package options and prices are set per Seller. They are shown in your dashboard once the Seller has approved your partnership; they are not listed in this knowledge base because they differ between Sellers and may change over time.

2. Selecting a Package

  1. Go to Marketplace → Active Partners and open the partnership.
  2. Compare the available options and select one.
  3. You receive an invoice. Pay it by card or bank transfer.

If none of the options fits your volume, contact qiibee. Larger Buyers may qualify for a custom package with a dedicated contract and invoice.

3. Activation

Your package activates automatically when payment is confirmed. From that moment you have a 30-day integration period to build your integration and prepare your launch before the annual billing cycle starts. See Invoices, Payment and Activation.

4. Package and Balance

The volume included in your package is credited to your balance for that partnership. Every reward reduces the balance. When it runs low, you can add more at any time via a top-up. See Topping Up Your Balance.

5. One Package per Partnership

Packages and balances are per Seller. If you work with two Sellers, you hold two packages and two balances.
