Marketing and Partner Resources
Where brand assets and guidelines live, who sees them and how they are approved.
Every Seller provides brand assets and marketing guidelines through PEI. Buyers use them to promote the partnership correctly. Resources are seller-specific and always up to date in the dashboard, so you never need to request logos or guidelines by email.
1. For Sellers: Uploading Resources
Upload your resources under Template Settings:
- Program logo and brand manual
- Marketing banners and campaign assets
- Program description and value proposition
- Legal disclaimers Buyers must include
Resources are visible only to Buyers with an active partnership. Buyers with a pending request cannot see them.
2. For Buyers: Finding Resources
Go to Marketplace → Active Partners, open the partnership and select Partner Resources. You will find:
- Logos, banners and imagery
- The Seller's marketing guidelines and restrictions
- Legal lines to include in your communication
3. Mandatory Approval
Every Seller has rules on brand usage, wording and disclaimers. Send all launch materials (website banners, emails, social posts, flyers) to qiibee for review before publishing. Do not go live without confirmation.
4. Where to Use Them
- Homepage badge or footer logo
- Checkout and order confirmation
- Newsletters and launch emails
- Social media posts
- In-store flyers and signage
