Seller Quickstart: Profile, Partnership Template and Resources
What Sellers configure so Buyers can find, request and promote their program.
As a Seller, your setup determines how Buyers see your program and what they must agree to before a partnership starts. Most of it is configured once and rarely changes.
1. Complete Your Program Profile
- Program name and point unit (e.g. miles, points)
- Member count bracket and geographic regions
- Description, logo and cover image
- Capabilities you support: Earn, Spend, Convert (see Partnership Capabilities)
- Transaction limits and settlement currency
2. Define Your Partnership Request Template
Configured under Template Settings, the template is shown to every Buyer who requests a partnership:
- Agreements Buyers must accept (e.g. program terms, data agreement)
- Requirements Buyers should meet (informational)
- Questions Buyers answer in the request form
See Partnership Request Template.
3. Upload Marketing Resources
Also under Template Settings: logos, brand guidelines and campaign assets. They are visible to Buyers only after a partnership is active. See Marketing and Partner Resources.
4. Set Your Marketplace Visibility
Decide whether your program is listed publicly or hidden. See Marketplace Visibility.
5. Handle Partnership Requests
Incoming requests appear under Pending Requests in your dashboard. Review the Buyer's profile and answers, then approve or decline with a reason. Approved Buyers immediately see your Partner Resources.
