Topping Up Your Balance

Add loyalty currency to an active partnership at any time.

Rewards are only processed while your partnership has enough balance. A top-up adds loyalty currency to an active partnership and can be done as often as needed.

1. Where to Top Up

  1. Go to Marketplace → Active Partners.
  2. Open the partnership and select Overview.
  3. Click Top up.

2. Choosing the Amount

Use the slider to choose how much loyalty currency to add. The dashboard shows the resulting price based on your package's price per point. Confirm to create the invoice.

3. Payment and Credit

Pay the invoice by card or bank transfer. The balance is credited automatically when payment is confirmed – immediately for card, typically 1–3 business days for bank transfer. See Invoices, Payment and Activation.

4. Planning Ahead

  • Check your balance in the partnership Overview before campaigns or peak periods.
  • Top up before you run out: rewards attempted without sufficient balance fail and must be re-sent.
  • Bank transfers need lead time – plan 3 business days.
