Your Profile: Password, MFA and Email

Manage your personal login settings.

Your personal login settings are managed under My Profile. They apply to you only, not to your company.

1. Changing Your Password

Open My Profile, choose the password option, enter your current and new password and save. If you cannot sign in, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page instead.

2. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA adds a one-time code from an authenticator app to every sign-in. We recommend enabling it for every team member.

  1. Open My Profile and choose the MFA option.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy).
  3. Enter the code shown in the app to confirm.

If you lose access to your authenticator app, contact support. We will verify your identity and help you regain access.

3. Changing Your Email Address

Open My Profile and choose the email option. You will verify the new address with a code before it becomes active. Use a corporate address.
