My CSV Upload Was Rejected
Fix the most common CSV formatting problems.
Uploads are rejected before any reward is processed when the file does not match the template. Check these points and upload again.
1. Structure
- Use the template downloaded from your dashboard; keep the column order.
- Maximum 1,000 rows per file. Split larger files.
- Do not add extra columns or a second header row.
2. Values
- Email – required, one valid address per row
- Amount – required, whole number, no thousands separators or units
- Credit date – format YYYY-MM-DD, today or later
3. Encoding
Save the file as CSV with UTF-8 encoding. Files exported from spreadsheet tools with a regional encoding can break special characters.
4. Balance
The total amount in the file must be covered by your balance. Top up first if needed.
5. Still Rejected?
Contact support with the error message shown and the first three rows of your file with customer data replaced by placeholders.
