My Account Is Still Pending
Your company was submitted for review but has not been approved yet.
New companies are reviewed by qiibee before they can transact. Most reviews are completed within a few business days. If yours is taking longer, the cause is usually missing or inconsistent information.
1. Check Your Inbox
If something was unclear, qiibee has emailed the address you signed up with. Check spam as well.
2. Check Your Profile
Sign in and review your company details:
- Legal company name matches your website and registration
- Website is live and belongs to your company
- Address and tax ID are complete and correct
- Logo and, for Sellers, program details are uploaded
- Your login uses a corporate email address
3. Contact Support
If everything is complete, contact support and include:
- Your company name as entered in PEI
- The email address you registered with
- Whether you registered as Buyer, Seller or both
We will check the status and tell you what, if anything, is missing.
