I Did Not Receive My Verification Code
What to do when the sign-up or email-change code does not arrive.
PEI sends a 6-digit code to confirm your email address during sign-up and when you change your email. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, work through these steps.
1. Check Spam and Filters
- Look in your spam or junk folder.
- Corporate mail filters sometimes quarantine automated emails. Ask your IT team to check the quarantine and allow emails from qiibee.
2. Check the Address
Return to the sign-up screen and confirm the email address is spelled correctly. If not, sign up again with the correct address.
3. Request a New Code
Use the option to resend the code. Only the most recent code is valid.
4. Still Nothing?
Contact support with the email address you used. Do not include your password.
