# How to Create Your Account (Buyers & Sellers)

## Sign up, verify your email and sign in to the qiibee Points Exchange Infrastructure (PEI).

Creating your account is the first step to accessing the qiibee Points Exchange Infrastructure (PEI). Buyers and Sellers use the same sign-up flow; your role is selected afterwards during company setup.

This article explains:

- What you need before you start
- How to sign up
- How to verify your email
- How to sign in
- What happens next

### 1. Before You Start

- A corporate email address (personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook slow down approval)
- Your company details (legal name, website)
- Access to your inbox

### 2. Sign Up

1. Go to [https://pei.qiibee.com/signup](https://pei.qiibee.com/signup).
2. Enter your first name, last name, email address and a password.
3. Read and accept the Software Licensing Agreement, Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy.
4. Click **Accept & Sign Up**.

### 3. Verify Your Email

1. Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code.
2. Enter the code on the verification screen and submit.

### 4. Sign In

Go to [https://pei.qiibee.com/signin](https://pei.qiibee.com/signin) and enter your email and password. Use **Forgot password?** if you need to reset it.

### 5. What Happens Next

After your first sign-in you are guided through company setup: choosing your role (Buyer, Seller or both), entering company details and, for Sellers, configuring your loyalty program.
