How to Create Your Account (Buyers & Sellers)
Creating your account is the first step to accessing the qiibee Points Exchange Infrastructure (PEI).
This guide explains how both Buyers and Sellers can sign up and complete the initial account creation process.
⭐Before You Start
Make sure you have:

A valid work email address
-
Your company details (legal name, website)
-
Access to your inbox
-
A secure password ready
👤 Note: Buyers and Sellers use the exact same sign-up flow.
Your Buyer/Seller role is selected later during company onboarding.
1. Sign Up for Your VPN Account

Go to the PEI Sign-Up page.

Enter the required personal details:

First name
-
Last name
-
Email address
-
Password (and confirm it)

Review and accept the required agreements:
-
Software Licensing Agreement
-
Data Processing Addendum
-
Privacy Policy
-
-
Click “Accept & Sign Up.”
💡 Tip: Use your company email to ensure faster verification and approval.
2. Confirm Your Email via OTP
After signing up:

Check your inbox for the 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP).

Enter the OTP in the verification screen.

Click “Submit OTP.”
If you didn’t receive the email:
-
Check your spam / junk folder
-
Ensure your email provider allows @qiibee.com and domain mailers
-
Request a new OTP after the waiting period
3. Sign In to Your Account
Once verified:

Go to the VPN Sign-In page.
-
Enter your email + password.
-
Click “Sign In.”
If needed:
-
Use “Forgot Password?” to reset your credentials.
4. Choose Your Role: Buyer or Seller
After your first login, you’ll be guided through company setup.
You will choose:
Buyer
You want to reward your members using partner loyalty currencies.
Seller
You operate a loyalty program (e.g., miles, points, rewards) and want to sell your points to verified buyers.
Buyer & Seller
You operate your own program and also want to reward members using other partners’ currencies.
🔐 Note: This selection can be changed later if your business needs evolve.
5. Next Steps After Account Creation
Once your personal account is ready, you will continue with company onboarding, including:

Company details

Loyalty program configuration (Seller only)

Buyer/Seller role confirmation

Marketplace visibility

Partnership request template

Marketing resources (Seller only)

Verification & approval by the VPN team
Your account will remain Pending until approved.
💬 Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive the OTP email.

Check spam / junk
-
Wait 1–2 minutes
-
Request a new OTP
-
Ensure your company email firewall isn’t blocking system emails
My password reset link is expired.
Request a new one via the “Forgot Password?” link.
I used the wrong email by mistake.
Sign up again using the correct email.
(If you used a personal email, approval may be delayed.)
🎉 Your Account Is Now Created
Once approved, you can:

Explore partners

Receive or send partnership requests

Top up your balance (Buyers)

Manage your loyalty program details (Sellers)
